Having a mini bar fridge, coffee and tea making facilities, and a work desk in my beautiful room was really great. The location was good, not very far from Centro Cultural la Cupula. Btw, went to city center, located just a short walk away from the hotel.

we recommend the hotel. it's a welcome base for rest. it has very helpful and really helpful employees. the location of the venue is favourable, just next door to the historical center. don't forget to explore centro de merida district.

The location in the middle of jackson was particularly good.

We had an amazing stay at this hidden gem! The hotel's beautiful decor and friendly staff made our experience truly special. The location was perfect for exploring the city's historical center, and the nearby attractions like Los Coloradas and Cancun were easily accessible by car. The hotel bar served delicious cocktails with a stunning view, and the pool with changing colors provided a relaxing retreat. Additionally, the breakfast included in our stay was absolutely fantastic. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and luxurious experience.

It would have been nice to have some ambient music in the morning to enhance the relaxing atmosphere. And while the room design was charming, it lacked some practicality with the small size and the partially open bathtub/shower.

We stayed in a hotel near the historical center with a lot of great options nearby. The decor was modern and fresh with comfortable beds and great service. The breakfast was delicious and included large portions. the bar on the rooftop offered nice drinks and a relaxing atmosphere.

It can get noisy at times and it was hard to sleep.

It wasn't all perfect. Unfortunately, the maintenance work was going on during our stay, and the pool was out of service for most of the time.

The noise level was a bit too high, especially during the night, as there seemed to be some ongoing maintenance work. , some of the rooms lacked proper bedding arrangements, making it difficult for group travelers like us to find a comfortable place to sleep.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities and fulfilled all my luxurious needs. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool and solarium with comfortable sun loungers were a perfect spot to relax. The room had exclusive facilities, including an espresso machine and in-room breakfast service. The location was also advantageous, in a quiet area but close to the historical center. The restaurant served a delicious buffet breakfast.

The only minor issue was the lack of beach umbrellas at the pool area.
